Let’s drop the labels for a moment and get real together.

For as long as I can remember I always felt that I was different. I always felt in my heart that I would feel emotions and experiences deeper and longer than those around me.

I saw people and the world in a more curious and magical way than the humans I was surrounded with. Constantly wondering why things are the way they are. Why do people think the way they do? I was considered sensitive, too emotional and the black sheep of the family.

It wasn’t until I was 21 years old that I realized I wanted to finally start to accept the person that I was and follow the path my heart was so desperately gravitating towards. From there I started my personal healing journey and started to unpack the emotions society taught me to stuff down, relive and heal my trauma, and truly connect with my true self.

Which all lead me here and able to talk to you.

Because of everything I have been through and the amazing humans I have met along the way it has pushed me to want to always create a warm, loving, accepting and safe space for my clients and students.

It is my goal with every student and client interaction I have, to let you know that you have a choice in this world and your experience in coming to those choices are always valid.

It is my goal to empower you, help you find your path, heal your deepest wounds, feel your hardest emotions, and come out the other side knowing you made it and are stronger for it.

I will always hold you gently and with love along the way. I am honored to be in these spaces with you and will always try my hardest to have you feeling supported, heard, seen and lighter when you leave my presence. Because at the end of the day I know what it feels like to need that extra love, support and community.
