Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is an energetic practice that has been around since time began but was rediscovered in the 1800’s in Japan by Mikao Usui who then brought the beautiful teaching back to present time.
Reiki is a soothing and balancing energy that can help with depression, anxiety, release of stagnant energy within the body, trauma, physical pain in the body, and help relieve day to day stress along with many other benefits.
For this practice we can do gentle hands on or hands off, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.
Along with balancing your chakras and moving the energy through your body, it is common for Tess to receive information from your Spirit Team of Guides, angels, ancestors and past loved ones. You are always welcome to put out questions for your spirit team to answer during your session. For Reiki you will be tucked in on a massage table wearing loose comfortable clothing and your job is to just be.
If you are seeking a calming self care experience that heals both mind, body and soul, Reiki is something worth trying.
